EU(偽装)研修生指令案は継続審議
昨日の雇用社会相理事会の結果が理事会サイトに載っていますが、
Combatting unfair traineeships
The Hungarian presidency sought agreement on the Council’s negotiating position (‘general approach’) for the ‘traineeships directive’, which aims to improve working conditions for trainees and prevent employers from disguising employment relationships as traineeships.
Although a number of member states were ready to support the text as it currently stood, others felt that more time was needed to discuss outstanding issues. As a result, the Council will continue to work on the proposal under the Polish presidency.
The presidency also presented a progress report on the Council recommendation on a reinforced quality framework for traineeships, which calls for all trainees to be paid fairly, have access to adequate social protection and be given a mentor.
多くの加盟国が提示されたテキストに同意したが、他の諸国は、全研修生に公正な賃金支払や十分な社会保護とメンターへのアクセスといった問題解決にはなお時間が必要と感じた。
というわけで、昨日の段階で一般的アプローチには達せず、継続審議となったようです。
